Terms of service

These terms apply to accounts, purchases and consultancy bookings made on shebbytechapplications.co.ke, operated by [registered legal name] (“ShebbyTech”), [address], Kenya.

1. Accounts

Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. Organisation accounts are opened by an authorised representative, who confirms they may bind the organisation.

2. Consultancy bookings

• A booking is confirmed only when the full consultation fee (including VAT) is received and verified. Unpaid slots are released after 15 minutes.
• After payment you get access to your booking portal (questionnaire, document upload, meeting details and messages).
• Rescheduling: free up to 24 hours before the session, up to two times per booking.
• Cancellation: full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the session; no refund after that. If we cancel, you get a full refund or a new time of your choice.
• Consultancy advice is based on the information you provide. Package deliverables and timelines are as described on the package page. Work beyond the package scope is quoted separately.
• We keep your information confidential, subject to legal obligations, including reporting duties that may apply to forensic and audit work.

3. Products

Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Corporate, government, dealer and contract prices apply only to approved accounts. Manufacturer warranties apply to ZKTeco products.

4. Payments and invoices

Payments are processed by Safaricom (M-Pesa) or Pesapal. Tax invoices are issued from our accounting system.

5. Liability

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
